"I booked a flu shot and covid booster on line. I had an appointment booked for two hours later. Friendly staff on reception and efficient, friendly, competent and professional nurse to administer the shots. On my arrival home I found that my immunisation details had already been updated to my Medicare App. Very happy with MedCentral Knox."
"Had an unpleasant experience at the medical center yesterday. The receptionist with black hair displayed impatience during my visit. I had a simple question regarding the possibility of being seen by the doctor earlier if there were any cancellations or delays. This question arose because my under-2-year-old son had a high fever and was quite unsettled. We arrived an hour ahead of the scheduled appointment since he had taken Panadol and was momentarily feeling better. If the receptionist could listen and wait until I finished my question, I would be OK with that and appreciate it and with no more questions about this no matter if she said Yes or No. Unfortunately, she just interrupted me multiple times and simply reiterated that the doctor was fully booked. It was a disappointing display of impatience, unprofessionalism, and lack of compassion, as she seemed to disregard the needs of the patient. On a positive note, some of the doctors at the clinic were kind and provided good care."
