About the Business
Welcome to BreastScreen Berwick, a leading establishment in health and a point of interest located at Clyde Road, 296 in Berwick, Australia. Our institution is dedicated to providing high-quality breast screening services to eligible Victorians.
At BreastScreen Berwick, we understand the importance of early detection in breast cancer. That's why we offer comprehensive services before, during, and after your breast screen appointment. Our trained professionals will guide you through the process, ensuring your comfort and answering any questions you may have.
We also provide valuable information about breast cancer risk and how to recognize symptoms. Our goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health by being aware of the signs and seeking timely medical attention if needed.
As part of our commitment to promoting free breast screening, we encourage everyone to play a role in recommending and advocating for this life-saving service. By raising awareness and encouraging others to prioritize their breast health, we can collectively work towards reducing the impact of breast cancer in our community.
To enhance data security for our clients and organization, we have implemented multi-factor authentication on MyBreastScreen accounts. This additional layer of identity verification ensures the utmost protection of sensitive information.
BreastScreen Berwick is proud to support and collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists. We are currently seeking individuals to create an original artwork for a breast screening shawl, which aims to provide cultural safety and comfort to women during their screening experience.
Thanks to a Victorian Medical Acceleration Fund grant, BreastScreen Victoria is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in reading breast screens. This exciting development will enhance our capabilities and enable us to conduct research in this cutting-edge field.
We are also in search of a Victorian-based Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artist to create an original artwork for our first Reconciliation Action Plan. This initiative reflects our commitment to inclusivity and respect for the culture and values of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
There are numerous ways you can contribute to our mission of reducing the impact of breast cancer. Whether through volunteering, fundraising, or spreading awareness, your support can make a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by this disease.
BreastScreen Berwick, in line with BreastScreen Victoria, is dedicated to ensuring our services are inclusive and accessible to all eligible Victorians. We acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work, as well as the culture and values of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Reviews
"Staff were very friendly"
"Had mammogram today at Casey Hospital. Girls at front desk very friendly and upbeat. I previously had a bad experience with a breastscreen operator at Cranbourne Library in a portable location. The operator I had today was very understanding and gentle as I have a defibrillator. Heather was careful not to hit my device and constantly asked if I was ok with the pressure. I highly recommend the staff at Breastscreen Casey Hospital ."
"Very professional experience. From making appointment, pleasant reception experience & caring treatment, made to feel comfortable & put at ease. Awesome team, happy to refer other ladies based on my experience & treatment. Keep up the great work!"
"Appointment for 1 p.m and we are required to be at th we clinic 10 minutes before. When I arrive, clinic is in darkness and no one is there. Waited 10 minutes the girl arrived late, does not apologize, not a smile of regret for keeping me waiting . Awful service"
"If you want to be treated like a dog, come here, unprofessional and uncaring staff, the female technician who did my imaging was disgusting, no manners at all, never go back here again, if I never have a breast screen again."
