Test results are confidential and will only be shared with the patient concerned. Telehealth consultations with your regular doctor can be arranged for discussing these results. However, follow-up appointments are generally recommended for a more in-depth discussion.

Our doctors can provide medical certificates following consultations, but please note that they cannot be backdated. We advise patients to seek this service early in their illness if needed.

New patients are required to have a face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs initially. However, if you have visited our practice in the past twelve months, you can book a telehealth consultation online.

Blood tests are conducted by Melbourne Pathology, which operates separately from us. No appointment is necessary for blood tests at Melbourne Pathology; however, a referral from your GP is required.

For work cover patients, please inform your employer before your first consultation to obtain a claim number. New workcover claims must be paid in full by the patient on the day of the appointment.

Specialists typically require a referral letter from a GP. Please schedule an appointment with one of our GPs to discuss obtaining a referral letter. Please note that specialist referrals cannot be backdated, and any charges should be discussed directly with the specialist.
