"Nathan is a great Osteopath. He helped me out with my headaches and neck pain and also a shoulder injury from football. He was able to use manipulation and massage to help me decrease my neck stiffness but on days where I wasn't too keen on manipulation he was able to use other techniques to help which I thought was great.
