"Arrived for a blood test no staff at front desk - saw medical staff taking blood bags out the back in an Eski . Disgusting service, no staff, only one nurse, over 10 people waiting in the waiting room 8:15-9:15 am waited owner an hour and just left without service took way too long !! This is Disgraceful! There are sick people waiting to be tested and NO OR LIMITED STAFF !! this is seriously concerning - I will NEVER go there again !!! DISGUSTED"

"60 yes old diabetic, walked more than 2 km fasting, only to find out that I was supposed to print test prescription that my doc had emailed me. This was despite the fact that in past I d always emailed to the lab and they had always printed it before I went there. Wandered around, there was nothing close by to print. Came back and begged them, only this time the same nurse goes, ah we can just write it down for you. Amazingly poor service, no empathy for patients. It used to be soo good :-("
