The expenses associated with running a practice, including staff wages, practice rent, specialized equipment, resources, IT infrastructure, utilities, and insurance, continue to rise each year. However, Medicare returns to practices have not kept pace with these changes. In fact, some rebates have been reduced or eliminated entirely, making it financially unsustainable to solely rely on bulk-billing fees. As a result, we have transitioned to a private billing practice, while still offering bulk billing for a significant number of our services.

Rest assured, we strive to keep your out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum. We will reimburse your Medicare rebate, where applicable, before you leave our clinic.
