Please note that starting from Monday 24th July, 2023, there will be an increase of $2 for all face-to-face and telehealth consultations from Monday to Friday. Additionally, consultations occurring after 8pm on these days will also be subject to the same increase. However, the out-of-pocket cost will remain unchanged. On Saturdays, a $10 surcharge will be applied to all consultations, including after-hours appointments from 1pm.

We also strongly encourage you to book your immunization against influenza to protect yourself and your loved ones. Eligibility for free seasonal influenza vaccines under the National Immunisation Program (NIP) includes special risk groups and all infants and children from six months to under five years of age.

In addition, we are offering Covid-19 vaccination boosters to ensure your safety during the winter season. To be eligible for the winter dose, you must be 65 years and over, a resident of an aged care or disability care facility, 16 years and older with severe immunocompromise, or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person aged 50 years and older.

We understand that the past couple of years have been challenging, and our clinic has adapted to support our patient community. Telehealth medicine, which was initially introduced as a temporary service during the Covid-19 pandemic, has been a valuable tool in providing care to our patients. We were pleased to offer bulk-billing during this time to alleviate financial burdens and accommodate work commitments during lockdowns. As telehealth becomes a permanent part of our services, we will continue to prioritize your convenience and well-being.
