"I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this clinic. They failed to provide me with proper information. I arrived at my appointment seven minutes late and tried to inform them by calling, but no one answered or returned my call. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was another booking right after mine, so they couldn't do the entire laser treatment. They offered options for either full leg or underarm and bikini treatment. After getting the full leg treatment, I wanted to purchase a package that included the full leg treatment. However, they informed me that they are not allowed to split treatments, even though they had previously offered this option. I would have purchased the package in advance if they had informed me. I ended up paying only for the full leg treatment, but I will never visit this clinic again. Their refusal to accommodate package purchases and their overall attitude and lack of professionalism make me strongly discourage anyone from going to this clinic."

"Today, I had a scheduled hour-long appointment that began at 12 pm. Surprisingly, it concluded at 12:25 pm, making it the quickest laser treatment I've ever experienced. This session was supposedly meant to cover my entire legs, arms, underarms, abdomen, back, shoulders, and bikini area. Considering I was called in at 12 pm, it took me approximately 5 minutes to prepare and get started. It's quite baffling that all these areas were supposedly treated within just 20 minutes. I was extremely shocked and disappointed. The bikini area took less than 1 minute. To put things into perspective, this was my fourth laser treatment, but it was my first time visiting Moonee Ponds. All my previous appointments lasted over an hour, so you can imagine my extreme disappointment. Given how expensive these treatments are, this incident serves as a prime example of not receiving the expected value for my money. To make things worse, when I was leaving I was asked if I wanted to rebook which I said no. Ten minutes later I received a text that an appointment was booked for me in 6 weeks time."
