"Usually this clinic is quite good however in this instance I saw Dr Parinaz Alirrezel who claims to have a holistic approach to women’s health on her bio, however with each concern I mentioned her response was to immediately suggest medication without any real enquiry into what might be causing my concerns. The most concerning thing she suggested, was after I asked about how to care for my sensitive skin she proceeded to look at and squeeze my face telling me that i had terrible sagging and wrinkles for a 27 year old and that the best option for me was to get Botox and filler - which she conveniently can provide during the next consultation! Total cash grab and also very lucky that I’m not gullible or insecure enough to walk away feeling bad enough about myself into paying hundreds for her services. Would avoid for anyone looking for actual healthcare."

"I had a horrible experience here with a doctor who refused to treat me when I told him that I was not feeling supported with my treatment. I reported this to the management of the clinic and chased twice but after a month heard nothing. Do not recommend clinic."

"Sometimes I become sick boy and the staff and doctors here are nice to me. It’s nice when I get a little sick. I get to watch some news or whatever is on the televisions in the comfortable chairs while I wait for the nice doctors. Wait times are reasonable, someone only a couple mins. I’ve seen just about all doctors here over the years. I like them they help me a lot."

"I called in a rush as I ran out of my prescriptions the morning of my flight, I spoke to Paula the receptionist and she was an absolute darling. She managed to get the doctor to call me within 20 minutes and have it all sorted, I have never felt more accomodated for, this was genuinely the sweetest thing anyone could have done. Without my medication I go through intense withdrawal so I was incredibly amazed and thankful that she was able to get it sorted!"
