Very quick wait time and our sonographer (Theo) was Amazing!!!! The most thorough scan I've ever received. He took time and care in the scan, Explained everything as he was doing it and was very reasurring and professional! Overall Best experience I've had. Definitely recommend FMIG Moonee ponds."

"Most unprofessional, and frankly pathetic medical clinic I’ve witnessed in my life. Refused to run a CT Chest scan for my mother to check for suspected LATENT TB INFECTION. Radiologist thought she had active TB disease, and turned her down. They call themselves doctors and yet they believe Latent TB is both active and contagious, when it is neither. Well done, too scared to do your jobs when there’s no real threat."

"I had an MRI at this clinic July 2023. From the moment I stepped in I unfortunately found the entire management unprofessional. The reception staff were constantly chatting about their weekend and interests, and loud enough for all waiting to hear even at the furthest seats and will the Covid clear screen installed. Not to mention still audible over the waiting room TV. I don't know how the one on the phone was able to hear, and the patient on the other end surely did. Yet that person said "in training ", so probably didn't want to ask them to reduce their voices. I looked UL at one after hearing her life story long enough and she saw I did, but just kept talking. When taken in for my MRI ($350 non bulked bill), the change room had a dirty plastic chair and holes in the wall that surely could be improved. The machine seemed older than others I've had, no music headphones where you also can communicate with staff. When finished, one staff member walked me into the imaging room back to the change room and the second staff member was leaning back in her chair on her mobile. Never looked up, never stopped scrolling and didn't respond when I said thank you and left. While changing, which was just a curtain within that room, I hear them both chatting about personal stuff. I wasn't escorted out, just told I can leave so I walked into the corridor and looked for a bathroom before leaving. I couldn't see where it was and saw a staff member at a desk so went to ask. She was also on her mobile talking and just pointed randomly. I still couldn't find it so went back to reception where all the lights in the corridor and reception were already turned off. Even if I'm the last patient, it was 4:50pm and wait until they have left, even for a fall safety. I went to ask reception directions to the bathroom but one was on her phone ordering pizza. They also didn't seem surprised someone was still in the building. I finally found it and then left the building, still all lights off and no one to be seen, and I'm aware you press the green button to exit, some may not be. All in all, a very poorly trained and unprofessional setup. No customer service or medical professionalism at all, and all just get off your mobiles, they don't even try to be discreet. Why is any management even allowing them to use their personal mobiles on the job, in a public facing role. That's rude if cafe staff, let alone at a medical clinic. I'm sure I'll just get an automated response like the other reviews, but I strongly advice people to get their scans elsewhere. Who knows how my report was even analysed."
