"Receptionist told my mum that the doctor would call her back as apparently her phone was playing up, then my mum called again and still no speaking to the doctor, now She has to call tomorrow, I mean come on seriously"

"Frank Imeneo has been a Godsend for me. If he had not taken my case on back when I was injured at work, I would not be here today. He is very kind, patient, respectful, funny, caring and everything you would want in a doctor. And he hardly ever runs behind. If you go to hospital and he knows about it, he ring's to get updates. Claire and Angela, the receptionists, are always patient & caring. Trying to fit you in with a doctor when they have a spot. If they can't fit you in and you just need medication they write it down and give it to your doctor, except Doctor, and I use that term loosely, Steve Smith who wait hours on end because he takes around an hour for each patient even though they are all booked for 15 minutes. However, Stephen Smith, a complete and utter disaster and an extremely rude, curt, angry person who doesn't believe in mental illness. One time you will see him or call and he will be nice as pie. The next call you get abused and chastised. He is always running far behind because he decided to come into work after 10am. Sometimes patients are booked for 10am and he arrives at 3pm! Patients, usually elderly, are left sitting there waiting for hour's for their appointment. It's a smart move to call to find out if your say 4pm appointment is on time? It never is and you will be told to come in around 6:30pm on a good day. A bad day it's way later. What a way to run a clinic. He has a vile attitude and his surgery is starting to fall down around itself from lack of care. He enjoys 'bashing' other doctors who "certainly are not superior to him". The 3 stars are for Frank Imeneo ONLY. If I could give Steve Smith minus 30, I would in a second..Avoid him like the plague."

"Dr Smith is great I 100% like him..... can wait for a while when have an appointment but since I'm a 5 minute walk away it's not a big deal. All the staff here are absolutely lovely and am always greeted so friendly when I arrive for my appointment."

"Spoke with Dr Smith about getting a transport pass to care for my unwell grandpa and was quickly approved by Dr Smith. Provided my information on the Tuesday. Was told I was going to be send it via email that night. Fast forward Friday when I had planned to visit him I have received 3+ calls from friendly receptionists assuring I would receive it that day. As a result I was unable to visit him and am amazed at the difficulty of sending an email.. disappointed to say the least."

"I only started at this doctors clinic 6 years ago, I found him so friendly and caring that over two years i convinced my three grown up children and husband to give him a go, and thankfully they love this doctor like me. He is friendly, caring and when in his office there is no time limit, He covers every possible situation and has such good connection. I normally go about eighths at night due to my work therefore only about 1/2 wait. He is the best doctor i have ever had in my sixty years, and wish i wasn't moving as all services are so hard to settle with, Give him a go, he's is great. 10/5/2019"
