Direct Endoscopy Rosebud

"I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the service I received from your clinic. I had scheduled an appointment for an endoscopy procedure, which was canceled and rescheduled three times. This was not only inconvenient but also frustrating. Furthermore, I was informed that an appointment was necessary to verify that I didn't need anesthetic for the procedure. On the way to the appointment, I received a call from your clinic trying to reschedule the appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist was professional and polite. However, the anesthetist who attended me was blunt and lacked any bedside manner. He did not provide any satisfactory answer when I asked him why the procedure could not be done without anesthetic. Despite my calmness, I found no empathy or professionalism from the anesthetist. As someone who has lost my house, business, and seven friends in the last year, I expected to be treated with more respect and understanding. Given my experience, I cannot recommend your clinic. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service quality."

"The worst experience we have had. Dr Garth burns buggered the procedure to the point my wife came out of the anaesthetic in extreme pain after some time the called an ambulance where some eight hours later she had life saving surgery. Sepsis had started she lost part of her colon and now has a stoma bag nearly 10 months on and don’t know when it will be repaired. Stay clear of this place all care no responsibility haven’t even heard from them. Don’t have these unnecessary procedures."

"From start to finish the service at Rosebud DE was fantastic. The receptionist was lovely with everyone, the surgeon was both approachable and easy to talk to. The nurses worked hard and were really friendly. I had Phil the anaesthetist and his bed side manner was gentle and kind, the best I've experienced. Don't change a thing. Thanks guys."

The moment you walk in the door they place is spotless, the staff are professional, the Dr, the anaesthetist and the nurses were amazing. So lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best I have ever had. Just that extra touch of being kind and caring makes all the difference.
