"Just a heads up that I would recommend shopping anywhere else for your UGGs, just not here. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, they spoke in a foreign language in front of me, I was called a liar, told to calm down and that refunds aren't an option when the product I was after wasn't available, also tried to compare buying a pair of boots to buying a car, even car dealers give refunds if they can't supply a requested product. I was also told very last minute that miraculously a pair had come into stock, which I simply couldn't believe due to staff member being most of the way through the refund process. In the end I got the refund but I will be shopping elsewhere next time."
