"Girl on duty at store on 21/05/22 at 5pm, was only concerned about closing up shop at 5pm than actual helping out shoppers. Dismissed myself and my girl rather rudely. Saying we can only buy but not use changing rooms. Seriously who says that. I can understand if it is policy, but couldn’t she be a bit nice about it? Horrible horrible customer service. Seriously!!! Don’t work in a customer facing job if u don’t have temperament for it!!"
