"I bought a pair of shoe ($80 after sale price) for my son yesterday and after wearing it only for 1.5 hour, the colour at the front is slightly scratched colour coming off. I would expect a $100 shoe to last longer than 1.5 hour. And my son definitely doesn’t drag his shoe while wearing. We wore it to few clothing shop (shopping centre) with carpet and when we get into the car i realised the front bit is starting to wear off. I have 3 kids and my youngest 4 year old is very good in using his things properly. Definitely not from scratch. If its done by my son or if its normal wear and tear, i wont even dare to bring it back. I was so worried i will come across someone different to dealt. I took the shoe back today as soon as I finished work, hopefully the person in charge will look at it and see what can be done. The salesperson who is very helpful and listened to what i told him. He then spoke to his manager and change it without any hassle. This is my 3rd purchase in glen store and i never have any issues with the staff here. I shop a lot in sketcher and i will continue my purchase here with peace of mind."
"Fantastic customer service. Went in on a Wednesday afternoon and was approached immediately by a lovely girl asking if I wanted any help. I tried on about 6 pairs of sneakers, went away, came back and tried on a further 6 pairs before making my decision. This lovely girl was patient with me and keen to help, nothing was any trouble. However, with the very little information we had, Marco put a lot of extra efforts to dig the invoice up from the system and process the return for us.
