"Staff were extremely rude as soon as I walked in. No hello, which I was fine with but the daggers I was getting wasn’t necessary. Also, I spent $200 there you’d think a little good customer service wouldn’t hurt. Poor attitude from what looked like the manager from inside the store room and the chick that had to scan the shoes looked like she was in pain serving me quite honestly, I think she was useless! Perhaps I can suggest finding another job! Retail/customer service is not your calling!! Please hire staff that are not rude and actually want to make customers come back!"

"Shoes are all good quality. European brands are great. Frustratingly though, no click and collect available during shutdowns. I ordered online. My shoes came from Perth, when I'm within walking distance of this store. I thought I was supporting this store, as they had my shoes in stock. Also no exchanges for online ordering; returns only, which is frustrating. Some retailers are moving with the times quicker than others."

"Very bad experience, had to go this place to return my faulty shoe pair. there was an Indian lady (store manager) and she was very rude and showed me her attitudes straightway. Even she was very dermanding to her own staff. it is very disappointed to see a person like her in a prestige shop. However there was a nice Asian girl and she was very helpful and I believe she deserves to be the manager ."

"What a pleasant experience I had at Mountfords Chadstone, I was assisted by this lovely lady, Jane B. As I walked into the shop, I was already under a great deal of pain ransacking shoe stores with the goal of finding a single suitable pair of business casual orthotic fitting shoes. The shop at this time was very busy and few other ladies were juggling between multiple customers. As I was browsing, Jane came up and pleasantly asked if there is anything I would like to try on, I asked if she can bring me 3 different sizes of a single design, a couple of minutes later she handed me all 3. I never felt rushed and she constantly asked if the shoes felt comfortable. I asked for another design and again, Jane was very patient and provided everything with a smile. There was empathy and compassion at Mountfords, as I went to bigger stores of Myers and David Jones, as soon as the staff tells me they don't carry the size of what I was looking for, they immediately dismiss and move on to the next person. Jane turned my frustrated day into an unforgettable experience with Mountfords Chadstone. Thank you and please give the credit when it's due. Jane provided an absolute 5 star service that is highly important than just making a sale. Oh! and just to clarify, she did make the sale :)"
