"I went in to take advantage of a sale as my husband wears this brand and has his standard items that he likes. I specifically outline I was wanting slim fit shirts - the sales assistant kept getting regular fit then told me it’s ‘basically the same’. Same thing with super slim pants when they didn’t have his size in slim pants. Pushy upselling too and even tried to sneak in a shirt she had suggested and I had turned down as she bundled up all my items. Not a good customer service experience, I was quite annoyed that I knew the brand and what I wanted and she just wanted to sell me what she had in stock."

"Went in as the visual merchandising out the front caught mine and my wife's eye as we passed by. Walked into a very busy store with lots of people browsing and being assisted with their styling. Even so, we were asked how we were and offered assistance immediately. I then had a lovely time dressing myself in an excellent suit I'll be wearing to my close friends wedding in the next month and was thoroughly looked after and helped by the manager Rhonda and her team.
