"I want to take this opportunity to congratulate a staff member by the name of Marie at Steven Madden Store Highpoint. I met Marie earlier this month as I was with my daughter looking for the “perfect shoe” for a special function. We looked at a couple of pairs and ultimately purchased two pairs of fashion/evening runners for over $300. During the time we were in the store, Marie was amazing - polite, respectful, tentative, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy. Even when it got busy in the store, she was able to prioritize and ensure that each customer was given the same excellent service. I will and have bought again from your store as a result of my experience with Marie and in fact, am planning my next present from your store. I am becoming a regular customer as the shoes are gorgeous and the staff are always amazing and fun - lovely experience for me and my 15-year-old daughter. Congratulations on class, glamour, and fun."

"We waited for long time to be served and I was about to paid for the shoe, I was told to wait by Irem ( sales assistant ) which is ok as I know it was very busy. However after waiting for 30mins I told her again I’m ready to pay and she replied to me that she need to served other customer first as they were waiting longer than me which I know it’s not true. I had waited more than closed to 1 hrs to buy 3x pairs of shoes and ready to pay. I told her I was here before those customer and just waiting to make a payment . She told me she didn’t have 10 hands and she needs to look after the other customers too. I told her I understand that however I was here first and ready to pay. Once again she replied very rude and her tone and manner was very abrupt. I will never come to the store again and spend my money"

"I really love Morabbin DFO store and all the staff , maybe that's why you only 1 star because they make the comparison so STARK! I've bought alot of the stock at both stores, I came in with branded shoes and a bag to your store, it was around 11am on a weekday and when I entered and the 1 staff memeber were serving 1 lady finding her some silver shoes. And one was at the counter on the computer I was in the store for 30 minutes before I said hello to the girl who had finished with the silver shoes and got no sale from it. I was not engaged with nor was I asked if I wanted help , I was there deciding which colour of posseions I was going to get. Then I had to ask the girl for the right size. She then told me I didn't know my size and all the shoes were different, when I just asked her to bring shoe size for me to try, surprise they were fine and my size. I purchased the shoes and it all over was a terrible experience I just think there is a huge disconnect with the customer service. I went to the DFO the next week and was greeted by the store manager who was so kind and caring and I bought 5 things from her. It's disappointing this is the case given this is in a flagship location and is part of the face of the brand. Personally for full price items I'll be going online in future."

"Staff/Manager on 19/03/2023 were uninterested, more focused on closing even with half an hour left Constantly reminding us how long we have left?.. Girls are always rude there. Should hire nicer staff."

"marina was amazing! i went into store yesterday brought a pair of heels a girl named lucie gave me an old pair of shoes that had been worn out and sold them to me claiming that she ' got a fresh pair' so i had to go back to highpoint and return them luckily marina was very understanding and super nice about the situation and understood our concerns thank you so much"
