"Ally Fashion Highpoint is probably the neatest store I've ever been to so far! Merchandising is well presented. Staff members are very kind and helpful. The music is always a vibe and I enjoy my time shopping. Every time I visit the girls there are always working hard as well as recognising customer service. It's sad to see customers give nasty comments to staff members they're obviously doing the best they can within store policy. Overall great experience with Ally Fashion."

"called up the store to see if there were two items i was looking for in stock, staff name Christine (not too sure) picked up the phone and her tone was not welcoming. She told me to tell her the style code which i was having trouble with finding and these were her exact words "you find it in the link or something with these letters and numbers i don't even know" how does she expect me to know when she doesn't know herself....she was clueless. Finally found the style code and she said that nothing popped up so i said it again and then she said "nah not in stock" in such a "don't wanna be here" tone. i genuinely feel like she just couldn't be bother to try and help find the item in stock and said that it's not in stock for the sake of it. overall, this was my first time calling up and was very disappointed by the rude staff. i Will never come back."
