"I feel very bad to the owner boss of the Shop. My wife and I visited the shop on 22 July 2023 Saturday around 10:30 AM, An Arab look guy came to help us, we tried a couple of shoes, wanted to buy 4 pairs of shoes at least. At the first he asked to put the shoes where it belongs to after trying, I was trying to finalize the fourth pair, and wanted to try the left shoe as well. And he started I can not let you try the left pair, I asked why is that, He said, I think you will walk away with the shoes if I let you try. We felt next level surprise, and I asked, could we speak your Manager here, he aske one Caucasian look guy, he is like this is the policy we have, you need to put the shoes where it belongs to and can not try the left pair. We felt very bad, and asked if the boss is there. and the Supervisor said boss was not there. Very frustrating behavior, and felt very bad. If you are the owner or boss of the shop. The people they are destroying your business. Please mind it when you hire the people and what they do in the business. Thank you"

"I visited JD Sport today knowing exactly the shoe I wanted just needed to try on to get my right size. I waited around looking for someone to help me and no one was available, I finally approached someone and she said she would get someone else onto it. I waited another 10 minutes until the second person came to me, I said to her I just needed a size and she said she needs to get someone else onto it. I waited around another 10 minutes and finally got the shoe for me to try on. I went up to the counter to pay and they tried to tell me the price was $200, when it said $190 on the actual ticket and also online. If I didn’t have gift vouchers to use I wouldn’t have had to go in store, based on todays experience I will only shop online in the future. Beyond disappointed in the service I received today."

"pretty disappointed honestly, came in last night to buy 2 pairs of shoes both were not available in our size but online stated they were ins rock so wasted 1 hour of driving, while in store we waited half an hour to be served while the workers spent long amounts of time talking to the same customers not acknowledging other customers waiting and sitting on their phones, was really disappointing seeing the last of work ethic and experience when i asked questions about some shoes. probley won’t be returning as we wasted our time and didn’t get acknowledged waiting for help."

"I recently visited JD Highpoint to buy a specific pair of shoes as a gift and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The employees at the store were not helpful at all and seemed more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers. They did not appear to be interested in assisting anyone and seemed like they were actively trying to avoid the customers. When I finally was able to flag an employee down, they advised that the shoes I wanted were available in the correct size and that they would get them for me to purchase. I waited more than half an hour for someone to bring out the shoes, but nobody ever did! I eventually gave up and left without being assisted or buying the shoes. This was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time. Overall, I cannot recommend this store less based on my experience. The employees' lack of attentiveness and poor customer service skills were disappointing. If you're looking for a more positive shopping experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere"
