We welcome individuals from all faiths and backgrounds to our institution. Our counselor is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is a certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader. As a Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader, our counselor is equipped to guide couples in building strong and lasting relationships.

Our counselor is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), the largest registration body for Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Australia. This ensures that our counselor is bound by professional codes of conduct, ethics, and engages in ongoing professional development and supervision.

We offer both face-to-face and online counseling sessions via Zoom, providing flexibility and convenience for our clients. Additionally, we provide concession rates and subsidies for eligible individuals such as the unemployed, low-income individuals, seniors, youth, students, and domestic violence victims. Our blended methods of evidence-based and faith-based approaches will assist you in identifying negative cycles, unhelpful behaviors, building trust, developing conflict management skills, and strengthening emotional connections.

For divorced couples who wish to remarry, we offer specialized re-marriage counseling. Our sessions can be conducted in-person or online, depending on your preference.

If you are planning to get married, we offer private pre-marital counseling and marriage preparation sessions. These sessions are designed to help you and your significant other prepare for one of the biggest decisions of your life. Pre-marital counseling is a smart investment in your future together. Couples who attend pre-marital counseling have a 30% lower divorce rate. They gain knowledge about what makes a marriage work, become more confident, improve conflict resolution and communication skills, and experience greater satisfaction in their relationship.

Our private pre-marital counseling sessions are priced at $200 per session, with discounted packages available. We highly encourage couples to attend together.

In addition to our counseling services, we offer a two-day, 12-hour weekend workshop that is ideal for couples. This workshop provides psycho-education and evidence-based tools based on The Gottman Method. Through teaching, demonstrations, and couples practice sessions, participants will learn skills that they can implement right away to improve their relationship quality and satisfaction.

We are proud to be a co-Founder of MIA - Liverpool Islamic Centre. This active community center provides education and programs for all members of the community, serving as a place for the youth to belong and feel accepted.
