In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented strict protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 5 days, we kindly ask that you contact our reception staff for further guidance.
To maintain a safe distance during ultrasound scans, we require all ultrasound patients and their support person (aged 12 years and over) to wear face masks. We strongly encourage all other patients and visitors to wear masks as well, as maintaining a safe distance may not always be possible.
For obstetric ultrasound patients, one support person is allowed to accompany them during the scan. We kindly request that masks be worn at all times to prioritize the health and well-being of all individuals involved. If a patient requires support during any other examination (excluding ultrasound), assistance will only be permitted if the support person wears a mask at all times in clinical areas.

"I called up to see if my report was ready and they said it was, came to pick it up and they didn’t have it, said to wait ( don’t know how long it’ll take) or come back and they’ll get it printed. The following week come back and it’s still not printed. Ridiculous. Useless."
"Poor customer service and very unprofessional secretary service I contacted Spectrum Imaging in Liverpool today 12/09/2022 at 01:52 PM requesting an appointment An employee answered the phone - while she was servicing me she said I will just put you on hold for a second. I was waiting on hold for 4 minutes. I contacted first so I should be serviced first but the employee said I want to service two clients at the same time. Is this a professional response Spectrum Imaging HR? After that I asked her to provide me with her name and the department she works in because I want to make a complaint regarding the service I received She said my name is Danielle and then I asked for the department she works in but she did not answer and hung up on me I called again and another employee answered the phone and I told her this is what happened and she said we do not have any employee by the name of Danielle here Really????? So first employee gave me a wrong name and on top of that she hung up on me I escalated this matter and the employee transferred me to the Head Secretary Manager She said I do not know who answered the phone but I will try to find out by calling IT team and find out who picked up the call I asked the secretary manager to transfer me to the HR team and she start laughing and said the HR team they do not look after the simple issues So Spectrum Imaging HR do you think this issue is simple? Are the things below simple issues: Providing random and wrong names to clients to avoid a complaint , hanging up on clients and minimising the complaint by saying HR do not look after simple issues ——————————————————————- An update The Head Secretary Manager contacted me and she was very sorry for the serviced I received and she took my email address and said I will be sending an email to you regarding this matter. I gave her my email address twice The centre closes at 05:30 PM It is 06:40 PM now and I have not received any emails yet I have been checking my email for more than an hour and 30 minutes waiting for this email I do not understand how can you promise that client to send him an email very soon and then you do not send him the email I am very sad and disappointed today Please please please can any employee from the HR department gets in touch with me because I really want to find someone who looks after the clients complaints seriously and keep the promise and send emails on time without delays"
