"My child was referred to these guys, I emailed the referral as they requested. The optometrist suspects she has a Papilloedema. The receptionist told me she spoke to the Opthamologist and decided my child can wait 3 plus months to be seen. From my research this can be quite a serious diagnosis, especially for a 6 year old child and she could be blind by then. When I questioned this I was told by the receptionist she has no medical knowledge and to go to the hospital if I have concerns for my child’s health, they don’t hold urgent appointments for anyone."
"I saw Dr Tess for Laser eye surgery; they went out of their way to fit me into the earliest available time. Incredible results! and Dr Tess really cares for her patients. The reception staff are also great!"
"Incredibly friendly and patient receptionists. Yes there are always long wait times, so to pass time I watch them patiently help each client. Every time I come here I am impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff."
"Very impressed and happy with Dr Tess Huynh. After seeing a previous ophthalmologist for my keratoconus, and feeling like i had no hope, Dr Tess Huynh spent the time discussing my condition properly and has given me hope. I can see why she comes highly recommended."
