Welcome to Rachana Natyalaya, a pre-eminent institution located in Point Cook, Australia, that has established itself as one of the foremost centers for learning Indian classical and folk dance forms in the country. At Rachana Natyalaya, we carefully select students based on their interest in dance and respect for the culture. Our students are primarily pursuing general education in schools and colleges, making our institution a hub for passionate individuals who want to explore the rich heritage of Indian dance.

To ensure individual attention and a conducive learning environment, we limit the number of students in each batch. While our teaching and learning ambience are friendly, our training is systematic and disciplined, fostering a sense of dedication and commitment among our students.

In addition to dance, we encourage our students to learn skills such as make-up application, costume design, stage behavior, self-respect, and other aspects that enhance their confidence and overall interest in the performing arts. We believe in providing a holistic education, ensuring that our students understand the background and meanings of each dance composition they learn, enabling them to perform with depth and authenticity.

Leading our institution is Archana Kuncha Koorthy, an artistic director who is a qualified dance teacher. She holds a diploma in performing arts from the Telugu University of Andhra Pradesh, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our students.

Our classes at Rachana Natyalaya are structured into series of levels, ranging from Beginner to Intermediate and Advanced. To ensure comprehensive knowledge of the extensive syllabus, these levels are further divided into smaller classes. At the end of each level, students undergo an official practical and theory exam, receive a certificate, and are promoted to the next level. Please note that fees may apply for these assessments.
