"Unfortunately I didn't have an enjoyable experience at the Chirnside park store.I walked in and was looking at their display. Staff behind counter didn't bother to approach me. So I walked up to the counter and said I'm interested in walking shoes please. She pointed to the wall and said all those over there. Didn't come over and suggest anything, I felt like I was intruding. So, I found a pair. She went and retrieved from back, dumped them over by a chair and went back about her desk. This happened several times. Not once did she ask how I was going, did I like anything. There was absolutely no customer service at all. Very very disappointing"
"Amazing and attentive service by young gentleman. Went out of his way to arrange delivery of shoes from another store in my size to my home! Saved me time running around. Super impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and he was skilled at multi tasking. Will definitely be back in the future."
