Each program follows a two-week plan based on skill competencies that are relevant to each developmental milestone. This approach ensures a safe and correct progression to more advanced class streams, while also establishing a strong foundation in body mechanics.

Our programs are designed to be educational, engaging, and fun, with a focus on teaching correct techniques and basic to advanced body mechanics. We believe in creating a learning pathway that allows children to progress from beginners to intermediate or advanced gymnasts, all while developing essential physical and behavioral skills. Our goal is to instill a lifelong passion for sport and recreation in each of our gymnasts.

In addition to our weekly programs, our experienced coaches also teach gymnasts how to use their bodies to progress to more advanced levels. Each program includes a range of elements such as strength, coordination, flexibility, mobility, support, and balance. We also provide opportunities for kids to showcase their progress and celebrate their achievements through our Check-In Week and BK Carnival events.

Our gymnastics programs are suitable for children from 12 months to 12 years. However, we believe that gymnastics is a sport that can cater to all ages and abilities, and we are committed to designing classes that meet the needs and expectations of the broader community.
