"Great. Went over the weekend to grab some plates etc and a very knowledgeable sales person assisted me with suggestions on which would be better. Upgrading my old ones. She helped select a new set and I am very happy with the choice. She gave me several options and told me pros and cons. She was very chatty and made me feel like I knew her for ages. I think her name was Taylah or something that was tay I can't remember the name tag exactly but she had lovely red hair. Anyway thanks for all your help robins kitchen ."

"I think we were discriminated against because of our race. We were yelled at before we reached the service counter as the lady saw the product we had I the trolley and said in a loud voice in front of all customers (SORRY FONT BRING THOSE HERE NO RETURNS IM NOT GOING TO DO IT!!!) I WAS HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED. The sign with the returns policy was not visible nor did they ever mention this to us when we purchased the products. If you check my name in your system and see my account you will find I am a good customer and do purchase from your store many times. But the lady working in store has no respect and no customer service skills. You don't yell at people for no reason. And also usually stores who do not offer refund will mention this to you when purchasing your items. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN"
