"Worse store ever Today 01/08/2023 I went there to buy somethings and print a document. There was a big queue which more than 30 customers, I was waiting in the queue more than 90 minutes while 3 of the staff were just talking together instead of assisting customers. When one of the customers asked for help, the lady named Brid..t talked to him impolite and said if you can't wait you should leave and go to the other store however he had right to ask since some people don't know how to use the printer machine and the store’s staff should assist customers to using the machine, also the other customers asked for the manager and they said there is no manager or assistant today. I got just tired of waiting so long in the queue after 95 minutes I left the store without getting my job done. Will definitely not going back to this store again for anything."
"you should fire the print service staff as they are useless and helping people. They send all costumer to self service so that they can replace and enjoy the day. They don’t give a shot of how long the queue is. You definitely make a mistake of hiring those useless people there. You better just close down"
"I went to get few print out today at around 1:10pm, a long queue of customers but only one person was serving customers. She was super slow and doesn’t seem to have any urgency to serve awaiting customers. She walked off at around 1:15 pm probably finished her shift but there was no replacement. Overall officeworks’s service is satisfactory and never had any issues, I think team management should look into effective rostering."
