"Great customer service, very friendly lady at the counter with big smile"
"Original: Location is really good as there is about 80 car parks but there is a problem with the location for people who live in the south pocket, you'll either need to park at the economy lot nearby the school/quest 4.5 star hotel or do a U-turn from Watton street (which can be congested at time). But otherwise, if you were just at Watton Street, this place is just around the corner. That's starters, Cleanliness with the op shop is quite good except for the absolute back of the store (which that area is okay since it was some sort of industrial place). Overall in that section is 8 out of 10 (same with location). Service since there is a pandemic around is that it is great but you can't donate anything at the moment. There is a decent amount of kids clothing (probably more than other op shops like salvos stores in Hoppers), not much shorts and sports pants (which it's too small). Nothing much for big joes like me so if you're after anything, it's best to leave it for later in the year but still come if you need smaller clothing! Overall, 7.9 out of 10. Beta than hoppers salvos stores! Edit: I went back here first time in a long time not because the shop was bad but because I was looking for books for my brother's book week parade. The lady who served me in the shop was lovely and professional. She helped me deciding if I should get the book and I purchased the book for book week for $1. I purchased 2 more books at a dollar each because it was half price books. Best priced books and great service for an op shop. I'd want to come back here more often as it still remains the number one op shop in Werribee and still remains better than Salvos Stores in Hoppers Crossing as they sell books for double the price and still sell their clothes for ridiculous prices. I only came back here for the books and I don't know what clothing prices here are like but I'd assume it'd be better priced."
"Good range of things here. Large place, definitely worth a shop. So so many glasses and old books, cool!"
"The prices are absolutely disgusting high way robbery is what it is. ! You can get most stuff brand new cheaper"
"Not a bad op shop that has had a few changes in the store layout. Good range of clothes for men, women and children. Household items are plentiful. Not slot of furniture. Staff were extremely helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Parking not bad out the front but there is a good carpark to the west of the store."
