"Such a great place to find beautiful things for a baby. Good quality and fabric. The staff was amazing and helped me out a lot! Would highly recommend to come here if you are looking for a present or something for your own child instead of buying cheap ‚fast fashion‘ stuff. Only bad thing was that there was some things that were made out of sheep skin. Please inform yourself about the horrible procedures that sheep has to go through just because humans wanna make clothing out of it altough there are so many amazing vegan fabrics out there!"
"This is a very engaging store and should be a benchmark for customer service. I went in with 2 very cranky kids who were clearly irritated after a while, especially on this late Boxing Day evening. Noticing this, Manuela understood that I had to quickly shop and she walked over to my 2 kids and had a good laugh with them, immediately making me comfortable. She later came over and helped me pair the tops and bottoms, and made me especially comfortable and a refreshing buying experience. We have been to Purebaby occasionally, but now I know whenever I’m at Highpoint and am buying for my kids, Purebaby will be my first stop."

Served with awful attitude, customer service may not be quite the place for her, especially place like purebaby. On the contrary Nikki has always been wonderful and helpful."
