Beaurepaires for Tyres Penrith

"I always go to Beaurepaires for any tyre issues. Had a big chunk of metal in my calais tyre today. Stopped at the Penrith store while dropping the kids off at school, I had no booking. The team at the Penrith store was so helpful, they drove my car in and repaired the tyre in 30min and got me out of trouble. A big thanks to the Penrith team. Recommend them highly"

"I originally sent this message on 5/5/23 to Beaurepaires and received a response on 8/5/23 requesting my contact details which I gave. I was then told on 10/5/23 that someone would be in contact with me but I have not since had anyone contact me. I have followed up on 19/5/23 and also sent an email and received no response or contact since which is why I’m posting this review to make others aware. I visited Beaurepaires in penrith on 21/4/23 to have a slow leak in one of my tyres on my cx9 repaired under my NRMA membership. When I arrived the man that served me advised me he was short staffed and would give me a call when it was all done so I went for a walk down High street and looked around some shops. I received a phone call not long after I left to advise that all of my tyres were “bald” and “illegal” (his exact words) and was told that it would be unsafe to drive with my current tyres. I was told it would be close to $2000 to replace all my tyres there and then that day. After then speaking with my husband over the phone immediately after that phone call I called Beaurepairs back and declined new tyres due to the fact I was booked in at Mazda for a service the following week and I also wasn’t just going to fork out that much money on a whim. I have since had my car serviced by Mazda and at no point did they tell me there was any issues with any of my tyres. At what level is it deemed that they are illegal ? I feel that I have been lied to. I’m a woman that knows very little about the mechanics of a car and I feel as though I have potentially been taken advantage of to make a sale. I’d hate to think others that are not mechanically minded are being taken advantage of aswell."

"7/3/23 met principal Jefferey and assistant Preston. They both did a 4 wheel alignment and 4 wheel balance on my Isuzu 4WD with no compromise perfect precision and care. Friendly and informative. "I called Beaurepaires Penrith at 9am needing two tyres fitted and a wheel alignment. They had the tyres in stock and told me to come in at 10 am. The staff are friendly and the office is clean and tidy. They told me it would be an hour and i was able to work in the office. They completed the work in 40 minutes and I was on my way. This is the best experience I've had when purchasing tyres and I will definitely be returning when the need arises, I highly recommend them."
