"I have visited two other local beauty salons over the past few years to have my eyelashes lifted and have left both times feeling disappointed with the results. Both times I was told after the treatment that my eyelashes don't respond well as they looked the same as they did when I walked in (completely straight). After being a regular client at Beauty by Rachael Lee for the past few years I decided to give it another go, thinking that if the treatment didn't work this time around by the best in the business then the other therapist were right.. I left my appointment with Lux so over the moon. Besides Lux being so lovely, my eyelashes are perfectly lifted and they look so good. Lux had restored my faith in having lash lifts and I will definitely be back for more in the future. I highly recommend Beauty By Rachael- Lee"

"Had the most amazing massage/facial today at Beauty by Rachel- Lee. It was the most relaxing, calming experience I have had in a salon & I left looking/feeling great. It was very well priced and went for the perfect amount of time, finished with a complimentary beverage (pictured). I couldn’t recommend this salon or the mindfulness facial enough! From the moment you enter the clean, aesthetically pleasing waiting room, to the detailed service in the fresh and well scented beauty rooms, every moment of the experience is a good one."

"I've had my eyebrows waxed and tinted here in the past they do a decent job, however I also had make-up done here for my Year 12 formal but did not get the look I requested at all. The lady said "We need to speed this up, I don't have much time left." Being formal season at the time I can understand they would have been booked out for make-up and very busy, but I was one of the first to lock in a spot to get the make-up done here, arrived on time and expecting to be listened to. I do cut creases all the time, it takes less than 5 minutes, but nope. The lady didn't wanna bother. Can't say I had a fair experience here and haven't returned since. Other staff members aren't much friendlier either. Seems to be a recurring thing in beauty and hair salons... Learn to do your own make-up!! You save lots of money that way too...!!"

"I had an amazing experience today with Lux I had a long service due to my choice of wanting a few things done, I had the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had, my first ever lash lift that I’m amazed at the results, first session of laser on my lip I didn’t even notice it was happening it was quick and easy, and a facial, finishing off with getting my hybrid eyebrows done by Jess that again iam very happy with, overall such a relaxing and beautiful experience staff are lovely and I feel and look amazing, I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back and referring friends and family."

"Definitely act with caution when completing micro blading with Rachael. I saved to have this treatment and weeks after treatment they are requesting more money for a defective service. I definitely do not recommend this business as they are not using quality products hence why the colours are going grey and some strokes are not holding."
