"I have visited Gurdeep twice before for several types of treatments, this includes hot oil hair massage, protein hydrating treatment, fruit facial and eye brow treading and henna eyebrow tattoos. And all I can say is it's a 100/10 experience, Gurdeep literally CATERS to the customer needs including making assessments of how to proceed with their eyebrow shape or even give out consultation about how you can improve your hair growth. I have never felt uncomfortable during this experience cause Gurdeep makes sure that I'm comfortable in every way before we do treatments and she also walks through the whole process so I know what's going on as well. Very impressed with this service and will definitely be back!"

"They literally charge so much money for eyebrow threading that it's ridiculous and each time that I come in, the prices go up. The price would make sense if the actual service is good but it's terrible. I told them that I want my eyebrows thick and arched but she did the complete opposite and made them so skinny that I don't even have any eyebrow hair left. Like, they always make a mistake and then try to gaslight the customer into thinking they are in the wrong but it's actually the staff and their lack of attention that is the problem. Also, there is no regular or permanent staff and so it's more hard because all the staff do everything differently and some of them don't even know how to operate the Eftpos machine. If there was a regular staff, they can become familiar with regular customers and it would be so much better. My poor eyebrows are still recovering from being over plucked and over threaded by the staff in Penrith."

"I usually don't have too many issues here, however the threading done today was less than optimal. My eyebrows hardly align - its like the front of my eyebrow was accidentally threaded off and they didn't bother to even out the other side."
