"Good advice: If you are looking for good quality bed and good service. LEAVE NOW!!! I called instore to confirm my delivery and called them 1-2 days pioir to the confirmation date as I didn't get the text message they mentioned. All they say is your order will come in on Wednesday on time. Then I called them on Wednesday to check the order is coming because no delivery text message received. The manager in store called back say:"no delivery for you today as you didn't booking with us, and I don't know who you speak to but no delivery today." They have no customer service, this manager is trying to push all responsibility top customers and he has a very bad autitude, I don't even know how he get the sales job as he has nagetive customer service. In one word, not worth it to purchase anything from here. You will have a worst shopping experience."
