"Found the staff pleasant and keen to assist. I selected a fairly large item and they assisted with measurements and options to collect my item. Collection was very easy via the valet entrance. They delivered the item to my car. ✔️"

"Don’t go expecting service with a smile at Pottery Barn Chadstone. The staff here have a couldn’t-care-less attitude which is dismissive and makes it unpleasant to ask or receive any service, predominantly with returns or exchange, although sales are just as bad. The store itself is well stocked and some items are quite expensive, however make good gifts. The overall consensus is higher end decor with minimal, cold and transactional service which feels like one is disrupting their day. Triple check anything you buy and before you leave the store as my purchases had faults and irregularities. The staff shut you down so will tell you “that’s how they come” and leave you bewildered as to why they have retail jobs given this is their chosen profession, therefore have to deal with the public. 5/10 and purely on store, definitely not on service."

"Terrible customer service at Chadstone. They are so rude over the phone, they lied about my package being sent when it was sitting in their store. They ignore emails and owe me a refund and wont respond to my emails. They can't even simply send an order on. time. Thankfully the staff at Pottery Barn Fortitude Valley were lovely, professional and wanting to be helpful. Im really not sure what to say. Ive scrolled through all past online reviews and the majority are 1 star with terrible comments. How can a store manager be OK with this ???? Its not easy to get multiple continous 1 star reviews. Moreso its an American company. I imagine they would be appalled with how their Chadstone branch is treating customers."
