"I bought a bunch of stuff for selling my house, including some stools that were to be ordered in. Unfortunately the stools were delayed, and so I had to source an alternative. Not to worry though; Freedom (a furniture store) have a change of mind policy that is promoted as a reason to sign up to their direct marketing. Great! However upon attempting to return the delayed arriving stools, it was advised that the stools have since been discontinued and can’t be returned. What. Furthermore, the Freedom returns policy, despite being a furniture shop, actually excludes furniture anyway. Check out the buried t&c! To the managers credit, upon seeing my dumbfounded look was quick to suggest I try my luck on Facebook market place as many people have done before in my situation. This is some old school retail policies here. Won’t be purchasing from Freedom again in a hurry and suggest you don’t either."

"I had the best experience shopping at the Preston Store on their sale. I was served by two lovely Sales Team Members named Anum & Rose :) They were so lovely and very helpful. Anum & Rose were exceptionally friendly and really polite and nothing was a bother. They both worked together to make sure I was happy with my purchases and really went out of their way help me in every way possible . More stores should have sales people like them! Highly recommend shopping at Preston Store!"

"It’s been nearly 2 years of incompetence. And I have been waiting for almost 1 year for financial compensation that hasn’t happened. And the most important thing, the product, it is so not worth what is charged. Horrific EDIT - It has been weeks and I am still experiencing the shocking, unprofessional so called customer service (or lack there of WHEN WILL YOU ACTUALLY HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS?!?! If, as a business, you are unable to deliver what you promise, DO NOT MAKE THOSE FALSE PROMISES. HELLO?!!?? Can you believe the incompetence of 'store manager' (please) Rosco? Over a year, a shockingly inadequate product, and a refund on my money freedom have been making interest on? It's time I get the $1100 and $700 I was promised by the company and Rosco, but never got. That means the compensation amount is going to need to significantly increase. Rosco Has my name, my number, my customer order number, and yet he does nothing. My next step is to steal everything to make up for what they owe me. FAIL"

"I went to Freedom to buy faux flowers for various arrangements and looks I was creating for my living space. Jess was very friendly and suggested I speak with Sarah (designer) for help and ideas to suit my space. Sarah was amazing, she looked at my photos of my home and helped create a stunning bouquet of flowers and suggested other options to bring colour into my space. They were so accommodating and reminded me I could bring them back if not quite right. I did bring some back but purchased more and a lamp which all look amazing. I am so very pleased with the quality of the products and the expert help I received. Thank you Jess and Sarah!"

"It was our first time buying furniture from Freedom Preston. We got a good EOFY discount on furniture. Though we bought quite a few furniture items, they did not reduce prices further but gave $100 worth store credit. Good customer service and variety of furniture displayed in the store. Do link your Velocity account to Freedom account to earn points. Try to avoid visiting store on Saturday as it gets really busy."
