"I had bought furniture from a fantastic store and paid them to have it delivered. However, the delivery guys badly damaged my home, they tried forcing the lounge through the doorway and ripped the door off the hinges causing permanent damage, I have been left with no door as the door has been ripped from its hinges and an open home, I rang the store and they said there’s nothing the store can do for me , but didn’t offer to come out and fix it and they didn’t offer to organise someone to fix the damage done by the delivery guys. This purchase from the store has been an absolute nightmare..it has been a month since the damage and fantastic refuse to give any assistance or help , I ended paying myself to get the door repaired.. huge disappointment.."
