"They don't even deserve 1 star but had to choose one. I had placed an order for a 3 seater, 2 seater and 3 coffee matching tables, the delivery window was 12 to 16 weeks. Out of curiosity I rang them after 10 weeks asked for an update, they said your coffee tables not coming, as the American company is not producing that products anymore, well I knew this only I rang, imagine what would have happened if I wouldn't hve called? So then I had to choose another coffee tables, and after 17 weeks what's the update, they saying one sofa is coming only after another 4 weeks,. Atay.away from these people, nit happy at all very very disappointed."

"I ordered 2 sets of Sofas in May and was promised delivery in August. Ashley Furniture delivered 1 sofa and part of the other sofa in July (full invoice amount was paid) and promised to deliver the rest of the sofa in August. I have tried to reach out to them a number of times and they have extended the delivery from August to September to October and now mid November. Most of the time, they don't even answer their phone or return my calls after I have left a voice message. Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided and false expectation setting."
