"I bought a sofa from Johnny's Furniture South Morang with an extended warranty. But after just a year, the cushions started sinking and getting uncomfortable. When I contacted customer service, they referred me to the Product Care Team. They offered me a $150 store credit, which doesn't solve the problem. I paid $400 for the extended warranty. Even though they called it "wear and tear," they offered store credit. If it's just wear and tear, why give credit? I feel stuck and now I have to go to VCAT. This has been really frustrating. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't listen and ignores my rights. I won't suggest Johnny's Furniture to anyone."

"One star rating is still too much Don’t waste your money or your time I also purchased one of their “best seller” sofas within 12 months the sofas have deformed in shape, lost cushion are uncomfortable and the fabric has moved. I tried going through their Product Care which I paid for at an additional cost Never again no one speaks to you basically zero care zero customer service. So I emailed store no one there has bothered to call me I’ve only received 2 emails 1 to ask for a photo and the other was to basically tell me your bad luck this is what the sofa does. If I knew this at time of purchase I would NEVER had made the choice to buy. Furniture that does not last more the 1 year what a waste of money."
