"Yesterday we had the misfortune of visiting the Highpoint store, the service there was non existent, there we two girls there at the counter chatting with each other never acknowledge us and never offered to help at any stage. They were to interested in talking about private matters amongst themselves. Went up to pay and one them said "Oh right now are we" - like she cared Not! The on leaving she said see you soon - NOT bloody likely, I see Lowes are closing underperorming stores NO bloody wonder."
