"The most important part is the quality of repair and maintenance of my car which they have delivered. That's the reason I prefer Toyota service centre. However, the way they delivered the service could be better. Today, they make me wait 2 hours. Here is the detail : I made appointment at 8am and they said the service could be done in 90 minutes. I assumed the car will be finished 10am at most. However, the staff inform me it will be finish at 10:30am which I found reasonable. There is no update at 10:30am but then I got call that they cannot open my wheels because it needs special lug nut opener. I told them where they can find it in my car. So, I came 8am just for waiting for 2 hours until mechanic has time to fix my car. Pleased fix your appointment system. Thank you."
