"Not going back there ever again Purchased a step down transformer when i got home realised it was wrong ratings Havent even opened it went back to see if they would return it for me they said oh we dont return transformers, went back home looked into their return policy and it said nothing about not returning transformers. So i went second time to return and the guy there refused to return it claiming that it has been open and plugged in even though i have not even opened the box In saying that i have always been customer of jaycar but that was it never again"
"Service is great. My grudge is with their “points” system. For example I spent 100s of dollars there. I had $20 dollars store credit with them. Only problem? Well they expire and those terms and conditions are hidden well. I dislike deceptive practices. Be transparent! Tell your customers! But they don’t. Hence the warning ahem review. It only lasts 6 months. Not even a year. No. I was out by couple of weeks so I went online and got it cheaper anyway. No longer customer at Jaycar. Go online. It’s cheaper."
