"Stay away!!! One of the staff working here, was very unhelpful, arrogant and totally unprofessional!! Pity...used to like purchasing from this store for its quality and customer service mainly. Am a loyal customer and a store member but due to this one very rude person, the brands has lost its integrity to serve all equally. "Not usually the type of clothes I'd wear, so normally you wouldn't get me in this type of venue. However I'm part of a bridal party and the Groom took us to MJ Bale in Highpoint shopping centre to get fitted up for suits for his wedding. Shout out to Tshiamo, who got all four of us sorted out for suits and tailoring even though we just turned up without a booking on a Sunday (oops) and had our sense of humour at the ready. Tshiamo is a fantastic representative of MJ Bale, his customer service skills are well developed and on point, not one to shy away from our sense of humour, he also has an in-depth knowledge about men's suits and where adjustments need to be made to get them fitting perfectly for all body types. He spent a lot of time with our group to get us looking great for the big day for the groom, fantastic customer service. Ask for Tshiamo if you need a suit fitted for any occasion, he knows his stuff and is a young man with a bright future."

Discovering M.J.Bale was a game-changer for me. I've often admired the stylish ensembles showcased on the display mannequins as I walked by one of their stores in town. Recently, in need of a couple of new shirts but not wanting to visit my tailor, I decided to give M.J.Bale a try. To my delight, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, fit, and pricing of their collection. The Dry and Fly shirts fit almost as perfectly as my tailored ones, with both the slim and athletic cuts exceeding my expectations. It feels incredible to know I can now purchase top-notch shirts in my size without any adjustments needed – like a kid in a candy store! The staff at M.J.Bale deserve special mention for their outstanding service. They were patient and attentive, even when I excitedly tried on several options. "I was shopping with partner...not happy at all. Tag prices were wrong and shop assistant didn't care, made excuses but refused to honour the price. She checked and said prices have gone up and nothing she can do. Not shopping here again... fix your price tags"
"Terrible service - walked in found pocket squares i like and asked for 3 for my event. price tag showed $19.99 & staff member said its was 25% off today. Scanned in at $24.99 and she would not honour the tag price or discount. Will never shop here again. Not fair at all...."
