"My daughter started at Papilio at the beginning of the year and this place has become our second family. This childcare is an environment which helps your child grow and is nurturing. Compared to other childcare centers the management is very professional but empathic and helpful at the same time. Vaali made the enrollment and transition effortless, she's always available to help and is prompt in returning calls and replying to emails. Marina is such an amazing and warm person; my daughter has grown so close to her and speaks about her all the time. Her calm and caring nature has put my mind at ease, additionally my daughter is continually learning so many new things every day. On of the most important things for our family was nutritious meals and for a childcare to be able to help with our certain dietary requirements. Maree is the most amazing chef and such a kind person. Her cooking can be smelt from the car park, and I know my daughter's nutrition is in great hands. The variety of food and quality is fantastic, but Maree is always so welcoming and friendly every morning. I go to work every day knowing my daughter is in amazing hands and she is learning, growing and thriving."

"Last year we moved into the area and I started my daughter in early August. She was 5 at the time however she still is a person that doesn't adapt to change well. On her first day we parked in the underground parking where there was lift to access the all the rooms, this was extremely helpful to have when we had those rainy mornings. Miss Valli (Centre Manager) & Miss Marina (Assistant Centre Manager & Prep room teacher) were so warm and caring towards her, they made sure she was looked after at all times and also myself as the parent. I had the option to call as many times as I wanted during the day to make sure she was ok and it didn't matter if i did this for 1 day or 5 days I was very grateful. At the time of afternoon pick ups they would tell me how she went and that gave me relief. Communication is everything. Every morning wasn't easy with the drop off at first however Miss Valli & all the room teachers always had a smile and greeted us as well as any other teachers passing by from other the rooms even if you didn't know them. The centre's service was amazing, I was so happy to find this gem in the area of Carlingford in which they exceeded my expectations on the day to day activities with the children. I would always look forward to receiving updates every afternoon on the activities my daughter did that day. It was great to see her having lots of fun, learning new and exciting things. Miss Maree (The chef) was caring and amazing. You knew the menu took a while to work on as there were so many different options for the children. I had a fussy eater and if she didn't eat what was on the menu for lunch there was always a choice of different food for her to eat so she didn't go without. Chef Maree works with you with your child's requirements be that fussy, allergy etc and she makes it feel effortless because she has great knowledge and wants the children to be happy. By the year end my daughter grew special relationships with all the teachers and meet so many lovely children which she bonded with easily thanks to the teachers. In the short period of time we were at the Centre I cant thank the Centre and teachers enough. They all were amazing from day 1, made us feel so welcome and even though it was a short time of knowing them it felt like we were there for a full year."

"It has been 8 years since I stepped into then Giggles now Papilio. Thank you very much for all of the caring the team have given to both my kids. They always came home happy. You have help them to grow during their earlier years and get ready for the big school. You makes my mind always at ease while I am working since I know that my kids are in a good place, learning and having fun at the same time. Thank you Maree for providing nutritious and delicious food. I believe my kids palate has grown since they joined Papilio. They even like vegemite toast :)"

"I've been bringing my child to this childcare centre since the beginning of this year and I have been very happy with this centre. The centre management has been professional and caring and most importantly, my child enjoys going to the centre! It's great to see the regular posts on Storypark, the good variety of meals, the arts and crafts my child brings home from time to time and the stories my child tells me like "Today we had a soccer coach and we played many fun games!" Overall, great centre that cares about the children and the parents!"
