"Where do I begin! One of the hardest things for a parent is putting their child into daycare and making sure someone else can look after your child like you would. The staff show genuine love and care towards my son , even the staff who are not my sons room teachers know all of my sons "traits" and he is comfortable with each and every teacher...loves them equally!! Including the wonderful chef who the kids just adore and if we bump into her in the lift in a morning my son will happily kiss me goodbye and help push the morning tea trolley in without having to wait for his room teachers! It's such a homely feel... Home away from home. All of the staff are welcoming as they greet us every morning and are still smiling when we collect my son. Even during this pandemic whereby they've had to ramp up cleaning and have a cleaning schedule which puts added pressure these ladies don't complain and greet you with the biggest smile. Munchkin Manor staff are the definition of team these amazing ladies enjoy working together and it is evident in the way they interact with one another. This is definitely a plus by far as if the team and work environment is a happy one and all work together, it's a flow on effect that all the kids can feel the positive and happy vibe. Having daily updates when he attends along with an overview of what they had learnt or what they did is always a pleasure to see. Along with any other information that we may require especially in this pandemic its been great. Love how interactive the teachers are and are always looking for feedback from the parents in ways to make the children feel more heard and involved, like sharing weekend news. There is also a dedicated Zen zone aka "safe place" which has different sensory resources which helps to encourage the children to deal with their emotions and this is a very important area for my toddler now as he learns to understand his emotions. My son is absolutely thriving at this center, the educational program goes above and beyond of what is required of any centre, it has been fantastic to see my son develop and grow into this little "genius" teaching me all about space and insects and dinosaurs, things I didn't know. Thank you so Mirrette and Munchkin Manor Team these early years are so important for my sons foundation to life you certainly are the best in the industry by far! "This daycare is fantastic. My daughter attends 3 x week. State of the art, brand new facilities. Up to date technology. Staff go above and beyond. Awesome learning programs which even begin in the baby room. Added extras for that wow factor such as the current chicken hatching exhibition. Absolutely set the bar for daycares, my daughter (Started at 8 months) loves it."
