I am beyond words and will never shop not only at the Eastland store but with the company in general ever again. I have been a loyal customer for many years and the staff members on Boxing Day have tarnished the company for me forever. I left the store in tears and went to Dangerfield where the staff have obviously been trained properly and I proceeded to spend all my there that I was planning to spend at City Chic. Dangerfield saved the day after your staff ruined it. I will alway discourage people from shopping at your stores this point onwards."
"The friendly team contacted us prior to the shut down to advise that if we were unable to pick up our click & collect goods, they would be in contact once the store re-opened. Received a call this last week to advise the store was now reopened and the click & collect goods could be collected. Goods now picked up...thanks for the great customer service."
