Forever New Eastland

"Awful customer service ! Left a bad taste in my mouth. Went their with my mum , the sales person was young at the counter and was friendly and greeted me. We went to look at the back rack and find a size. The clothes were overloaded so when I pulled out a couple of tops one fell on the ground. Out of nowhere the short stylist came over and stated, " can you make sure those don't fall on the ground." They hadn't even greeted us beforehand or bothered to say hi. Big attitude problem, such a turn off, I have been in retail since I was 16 and would never be so rude. This person belongs in Victoria marker selling fruit or meat."

"While the clothing is nice the service is appalling! Was in store twice looking for something for a wedding this afternoon. The first time I was not acknowledged at all. When I came in the second time I found something to try. As I came out of the fitting room I was only then greeted. I waited at the counter to purchase. The dress had a makeup stain and I asked for a further discount. The team member offered 20% off then went to confirm with her manager. The manager returned to offer 10% offered off. The attitude from the manager was unlike anything I have experienced in my 15years in retail and been a manager myself. It all seemed too hard for them to work out. I walked out without a purchase and a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be shopping here again!"

"I've come here to rate the changing rooms at this Forever New store. As a male I don't really enjoy shopping at women's clothes store. Especially now that I have a fiancée that likes to spend hours here. However on this particular trip as I sat and waited in the changing rooms I couldn't help but enjoy the beautiful aesthetics of the area around me. I'd like to say that I will be back, but for my sanity I hope not."
