"Sale item marked wrong. Refused to sell at price on tag. Also no change rooms. As the fitting room was used to hold boxes of stock. So had to try clothes over mine in the store infront of mirrors. Obviously couldn't try pants/ tracksuits which was frustrating."

"I bought a pair of Nike black tune 1 shoes back in February 2023 after waiting 4 months for them to be in stock. 3 months later in May they started to unglue around the soul. I brought the shoes to the Eastland store and the store manager kindly took them and gave me a voucher for another pair but I had to wait until the stock arrived, they told me they were going to call me. I have been at the shops every week and nothing. No one has called me until today. I missed one week and they said the shoes arrived and all sold out. Today I saw the shoes on the web page. I called all the stores in Melbourne (9 in total) and stores either did not answer or the call went to VM. I called customer service since the shoes are online and he web page did not allow me to buy them. Customer service did not see the shoes on their web page and they said they were not able to see any stock of any shoes because they did not have the system, they recommended to call the stores. So back again with the stores. So, here I am without the shoes, waiting almost 3 months and wasting my time visiting the store every week. I believe footlocker should improve their customer service, specially when a faulty expensive product is sold."

"They really need to focus on their customer service when it comes to serving people of colour, it took 20 mins for the lady with pink long nails to recognise I was standing to be served but she was really quick to serve other people even though they came after me and didn’t even buy anything as compared to my $300 spent. Get your facts right footlocker Ringwood team"

"trying to exchange an online purchase -they took the shoes out the back - wondering why they did not inspect in front of me. Manager comes out and says he can't accept them because they have been worn -yes -they were tried on -that's how we know they are too small genius! Follows it up with a sarcastic 'Can i help you with anything else ! and a Have a nice day ! Never buying from you again."

"Bought a couple pairs of airforces from Brice, received great customer service. There was a problem with delivery on one of the pairs but Brice has been really helpful and transparent throughout the process. Don’t normally leave reviews but will in this case as it’s rare to experience customer service to this quality."
