"Long term patient of Dr Caska, >5years, have regular check ups (yearly). I called Friday, number is disconnected, called back today thinking maybe Telstra problem. No called Brisbane Water Private, he has no longer practising. Ok that's great what about existing patients what do we do? where do we go?. I had no communication from Dr Caska and found this very poor. I am in need of his services as existing client and nothing I have to start with a new specialist on the coast. I went to Dr Caska as highly sought after. I am really disappointed and hope this helps anyone else looking for him."

"My son had his appendix out by Dr Caska recently. I had taken him to see the 2 doctors including a specialist , had 2 ultrasounds and visited the emergency room. My son was showing non typical abdominal pain ,had 5 weeks off school and the doctors started to suggest it was a psychological problem. We took him to see Dr Caska and he straight away realised it was probable appendicitis. Pathology post operative revealed it was acute appendicitis. His appendix was long and thin and in an unusual spot and was pressing on nerves. Im so grateful for Paul's years of experience. He was so kind and positive , it made the whole experience great.
