"I am grateful to the nurses who come to tend my ulcer & apply compression. I learnt compression many yrs ago & it was good to get a refresher while nurse was being taught. I am not very happy when nurse entered my home last wk threatening to take me off bks for cancellations & accusing me of taking bandages off without asking me why i cancelled. Due to nurse ignoring bad eczema & not reporting it to my Dr it turned in2 cellulitis. I had to take pic & send it to Dr,she sent me scripts for antibiotics & ointment which i had to apply twice a day,i used tubulars for that time. She noted that it looked alot better, no thanks to nurse. My ulcer looked worse so she said it was due to me taking bandages off,she did not ask. I had knocked it hard when moving a shelf & fell when legs buckled (my back is damaged) I felt bullied & it triggered my PTSD, I've fallen in2 depression & finding it hard to get out of it. I have been under alot of stress due to my daughter being in a severe depression but nurse was too busy telling me off. She doesnt know that my leg & ft swells the more I'm on feet due to CRPS,but she says it wont swell if i keep bandages on. She knows zilch, she applied compression on my swollen leg, refusing to send Dr a pic of legs & ulcer, once again. The swelling went down after using my pump & the compression is very loose. I wont reapply it so as to show her on Thurs. I cant have her entering my home wrongfully accusing me again. I feel I've no choice but to discharge myself feeling as down as i do, its affecting my life. I have no probs with other nurses, they r lovely & never put me down in front of my family"
